About the firm
Attorney Kirk Bowling attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as an undergraduate and went on to graduate from Wake Forrest University School of Law in 1994. He subsequently began practicing law in Stanly County, North Carolina. He soon became a partner in the firm of Odom & Bowling, P.A. and remained with the firm until the year 2000 when he decided to establish Bowling Law Firm, PLLC. Mr. Bowling has appeared in both State and Federal Court on a wide range of cases. Mr. Bowling has presented briefs as well as oral argument before the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
Mr. Bowling has also successfully assisted clients in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Bowling Law Firm, PLLC, is dedicated to assisting clients in the areas of Family Law, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and Business litigation.

Bowling Law Firm, PLLC, has on-line computer research of all NC case law including the Supreme Court of North Carolina as well as on-line access to opinions and publications in North Carolina, the Federal government including but not limited to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Bowling Law Firm, PLLC, also works closely with the law offices of Mark T. Lowder and Associates in joint representation of clients as well as referring matters to Lowder and Associates not handled by our firm, such as Real Estate, Estates, and Wills. If our firm cannot directly handle your particular case, we will do our best to get you with the right attorney to address your needs.
